You will be the first point of contact for our Consumers, Suppliers, Retailers and Employees. This is an important role to help establish relationships and capture important information for our company.
We are looking for a hard-working and leadership-oriented individual to handle multiple requests from our consumers and partners and ensure to provide the best customer service experience.
Here is a brief list of what you could be working on...
  • Answer incoming requests via phone, email, fax and ticketing systems.
  • Register the contact details into the ticketing applications.
  • Responding to requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve or forward requests in accordance with established procedures
  • Perform a variety of moderately complex clerical task


Job Qualifications

What you need to succeed...
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, Bilingual (Fluent in French and English required).
  • Previous customer service experience (Phone and email)
  • Strong digital literacy - Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet
  • Highly organized with ability to balance priorities and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Leadership skills
  • Ambition and strong work ethics
  • Ownership, Adaptability
  • Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and efficiently
  • Experience in accounts payable an asset.
