What is draftLine?
draftline YYZ (Toronto) is Labatt's in-house creative agency and part of the draftLine family across the world with offices in New York, Buenos Aires, London to name a few. Labatt Canada is the proud brewer of Budweiser, Bud Light, Goose Island, Alexander Keith, Corona, Stella Artois, etc.
dratfLine is a first of its kind in-house creative engine powered by data & technology moving at the speed of popular culture. draftLine will also leverage consumer data and marketing technology to measure media and content performance in real time and ultimately personalize consumer digital experience at scale

- Efficiency - We know that consumers use their social platforms for different reasons, so we want to create content on a platform by platform basis and really personalize at scale.
- Reporting into the Executive Creative Director, liaise with him in leading portfolio of brands.
- Work with a Creative and design team to lead ideation for campaigns.
- Work on digital, experiential, social, video and traditional campaigns.
- Work directly with the brand team to own the brand's look/feel on multiple platforms - less as a creative supplier and more as a co-owner of the brand.
- Supervise and lead all creative staff within portfolio of brands
- Work with strategy and account team as well as brands to ensure clear creative strategies
- Oversee creative pitches
- Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by other staff members
- Lead and responsible for the professional development of a team of creatives and designers
Job Qualifications
Requirements
- 6+ Years Relevant Experience
- Exceptional writing experience with a portfolio that reflects experience
- 3-4 Years Experience in Supervising Role - mentoring and managing creatives
- Good communication skills
- Good leadership skills
- Good time management skills and able to work in fast paced environment
- In-House Studio Experience a plus
