The Company's headquarters are in Dallas, TX, with offices in Amersfoort, Netherlands; Norton, Ohio; Toronto, Ontario; Johannesburg, South Africa and Tianjin, China.
We are hiring an experienced Plant Assembly Production Manager to lead our Ohio manufacturing facility. The right candidate will be vital in growing a team and assisting in building out plant assembly operations.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing teams and manage efficient integration of all assembly work flows (Mechanical, Electrical, and HVAC)
- Partner with Safety on compliance and auditing HSE requirements
- Oversee daily assembly floor operations with P&L responsibility
- Hire and train new employees as well as maintaining all relevant shop records
- Responsible for all assembly processes including interfaces with engineering, quality, scheduling, etc.
- Continuous improvement/5S/Lean Manufacturing
- Manage with servant leadership mentality
- Continuously strive to develop leaders at all levels of the organization
- Create and maintain safe working environment and culture
- Strive for continuous quality improvement
- Actively pursue continuous improvements that lead to lower costs
Job Requirements
- 5-7 years prior experience in an assembly manufacturing leader position required
- Experience with custom and mass assembly production
- Six Sigma Black Belt Certified is preferred
- Strong understanding of 5S principles
- Experience with developing and maintaining ISO certification
- Experience with design manufacturing interfaces
- Clear understanding of all OSHA requirements and ability to implement and maintain compliance
- Bachelor's degree in applicable field, master's preferred
- Ohio local candidates preferred - no relocation

- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field required
