The Role
Are you ready to join the team of software engineering experts at Kyndryl? We are seeking a talented SAP Concur Travel Technical Lead to become part of our CIO Concur Travel team.

Your aim throughout, is to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and delivery of services using technology and technical methods and methodologies.

Responsibilities Include:
- Implement and maintain SAP Concur Travel tool configurations for over 50 countries.
- Prepare and test scenarios and configurations.
- Resolve support issues for corporate travelers.
- Propose solutions to enhance user experience and minimize technical issues.
Your continuous grooming of features/user stories to estimate, identify technical risks/dependencies and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders will ensure the features are delivered with the right quality and within timeline. You will maintain and drive the clearing of technical debt, vulnerabilities, and currency of the 3rd party components within the product.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
- Minimum 5+ years SAP Concur Travel and Travel Agent administration/implementation
- Experience in Travel Agency technical support
- Detailed knowledge of the industry as well as best practices for the application.
- Hands on experience to plan, organize and prioritize tasks
- Effective in achieving support SLA's
- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment across all organizational levels
- Excellent experience in MS Office
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:
- SAP Concur Expense and Request
- SAP Concur certification
- Service Now support group
