Your role goes beyond technical expertise! it involves understanding our clients' industries and how they use our products to achieve their desired outcomes. You will work in tandem with delivery managers to ensure these customer service priorities are met. You will lead your teams to overcome technological and process obstacles, leveraging Kyndryl Bridge's exclusive data to tailor improvements and increase service stability.

As a key technical resource, you will lead the resolution of complex service-related issues while ensuring that team workloads align with business priorities. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial in engaging with client stakeholders, keeping project progress in sync, and providing valuable feedback to help team members grow. You will represent the team in user group meetings, leadership meetings, and client interactions, skillfully handling complex situations as they arise.

You will play a fundamental role in interdisciplinary service improvement projects, collaborating with other teams and creating agile teams to meet changing client needs. Setting and achieving challenging yet attainable team goals will be a hallmark for you, aligning with business metrics, performance standards, and SLAs while diligently managing individual and team performance.

As a Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to leverage data-driven insights and the most advanced AI services, following best practices to tackle intricate data management challenges and deliver data modernization and platform management services. Ideally, you will possess both technical knowledge and well-developed interpersonal skills to bridge the gap between the technical world and account management, fostering a deep understanding of the team's technical resolutions.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 6+ years of proven experience leading technical teams through incident, problem, and change management, as well as root cause analysis.
  • 6+ years in technical resolution and support.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical stakeholders and clients.
  • Industry-recognized certifications in the aligned support area (e.g., public/private cloud, mainframe, etc.).
  • Must be proficient in X language(s).

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with an ITIL-driven service organization.
  • Six Sigma, PMP, and/or ITIL certifications.
