The Role

The US and Canada software team handles and supports over $1B of software related transactions annually. We are looking for another highly motivated team member to help support new software transactions as Kyndryl returns to growth.

In this role you will help our stakeholders identify, negotiate, and manage competitive software solutions to support our customers. You will actively look for ways to reduce/avoid cost, solve complex problems, build/manage key supplier relationships, support contracts, and issue purchase orders.

Who You Are

Required:

  • 3+ years of procurement experience
  • 2+ years of contract experience (including SOWs, pricing, T&Cs)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Experience with RFx processes (RFI, RFQ, RFP)
  • Ability to work independently and proactively manage stakeholder expectations

Strongly Preferred:

  • Data modeling and analysis skills
  • Familiarity with SAP or other procurement platforms
  • General knowledge of software or experience in software sourcing

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with global or cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable challenging decisions and raising concerns when needed
