The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architecture, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow ITOM modules-including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration, and CMDB.
- Architect, develop, and manage integrations between ServiceNow ITOM and external/cloud systems (AWS, Azure, GCP, monitoring platforms, HR/ERP tools), leveraging REST/SOAP APIs, Scripted APIs, and Flow Designer.
- Design, develop, and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party platforms, programs, and applications using industry best practices and ServiceNow tools (e.g., IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, scripted APIs).
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for integration solutions, providing guidance and support during implementation and ongoing operations.
- Conduct technical and business workshops with clients to assess current-state and future-state processes, eliciting requirements for ITOM and integration workflows.
- Design, optimize, and implement automation workflows and service maps for improved operational visibility and proactive event response.
- Lead technical delivery teams, mentor consultants/developers, and support project leadership and knowledge transfer.
- Drive workshops on CSDM alignment and CMDB governance, ensuring best practices in data modeling and CI lifecycle management.
- Oversee and guide code review, documentation, and adherence to ServiceNow technical standards.

Who You Are
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 7-8 years of ServiceNow ITOM experience, with deep expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration, and CMDB architecture.
- Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM and FSO) and experience integrating with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and other enterprise tools (including ServiceNow ebonding) is highly desirable.
- Extensive hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with various infrastructure/cloud/on-premise platforms and monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Zabbix, SCCM, SCOM, SAP, Workday, etc.).
- Strong capabilities in scripting (JavaScript), MID Server setup, probe/sensor development, REST/SOAP API, data stream, and custom integration patterns.
- Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and workshops, with excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and client-facing skills.
- Profound understanding of ITIL principles, CSDM best practices, and governance frameworks.
Certification(s):
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and at least two mainline CIS certifications for ITOM products are must.
- ServiceNow certifications (ServiceNow CTA) are highly preferred.
- Experience supporting pre-sales activities and client solutioning is a plus.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
