Who You Are

Required Qualifications

• Practical experience in server construction or operations (including operational design and procedure documentation)
  Applicable to any environment such as Windows, Linux, AWS, etc.
• Experience leading a team, or strong motivation to take on a leadership role
• Comfortable with reading, writing, and basic conversation in English (Support is available if needed)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing automation scripts for server operations (e.g., using Ansible, Chef)
• Understanding of or experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) activities
• Project management experience as a project leader
• Experience in client-facing roles, including negotiation and proposal activities
