Position Overview
We provide IT infrastructure design, deployment, and operations services to major clients across various industries.
In this role, you will be responsible not only for building and operating server systems but also for promoting automation in infrastructure operations. You will also play a key role in client communication and coordination within and across teams to ensure smooth project execution.

This is an ideal opportunity for those aiming to build a career as a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) or Infrastructure Architect, offering hands-on experience and practical skill development.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote automation of server operations (e.g., configuration automation via scripting, process optimization)
- Provide technical support for infrastructure deployment and operations (both on-premises and cloud)
- Prepare technical reports for clients, propose solutions, and lead improvement initiatives
- Manage team progress and coordinate tasks (project size: approx. 5-20 members)

Who You Are
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in server deployment or operations, including operational design and documentation
(Experience with Windows, Linux, AWS, etc. is welcome-specific environments are not required) - Experience leading a team, or strong motivation to take on a leadership role
- Comfortable with reading, writing, and basic conversation in English
(Support is available for those who need it)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing automation scripts for server operations (e.g., Ansible, Chef)
- Experience with or understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices
- Project management experience as a project leader
- Experience in client communication and proposal development
