The Role
The Senior Coordinator Structure contents, develops taxonomies, crafts navigation, and formulates other activities that make information accessible, usable, and understandable.
Typically works at the scope, structure, and skeleton levels. Note: This role is different from the Information Architect role in the Design job family.
Expert on large, complex project organizational change management and training. This person will also need to understand the DMV Business and MAX solution.

Who You Are
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Degree: Bachelor's degree
- 5-10 years of experience with large complex system implementations.
- 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing organizational change management programs on large statewide projects.
- Experience training end users and technical staff on IT applications.
- Experience in developing and implementing training materials and programs for large complex projects including end user guides, and business job aids.
- History of facilitating training in English.
- Experience in developing training materials,
- Knowledgeable in Organizational Change Management methodology and program implementation.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Knowledgeable on the State of Arizona, Wyoming, and Virginia MAX DMV Solution.
- Ability to work on site with customer in Richmond, Virginia.
- Technically competent in multiple project areas - data conversion, development, Microsoft Azure, interfaces, training, testing, project management.
- Experience with organizational change management and end user training.
- Training certification(s).
- Organizational Change Management certification(s).
- Other related professional certifications.
Compensation
The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is - 110,880 to $210,600 based on a full-time schedule.
Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.
There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:
California: $122,040 to $252,840
Colorado: $110,880 to $210,600
New York City: $133,080 to $252,840
Washington: $122,040 to $231,720
Washington DC:$122,040 to $231,720
This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
