The Role

About the Role
We're looking for a seasoned leader to shape the future of Security Operations for enterprise clients. This role is for professionals who excel at defining strategy, delivering operational excellence, and building long-term partnerships. You'll lead engagements that design and implement Target Operating Models (TOM) for Security Operations-covering both strategic frameworks and hands-on execution.

  • Lead Security Operations Transformation: Design and implement TOMs for Security Operations Centers (SOC), aligning with business outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • Drive Consultative Wins: Engage with C-level stakeholders to position high-value consulting services, secure new business, and establish the foundation for managed services.
  • Deliver with Excellence: Oversee delivery of complex security programs, ensuring measurable outcomes and client satisfaction.

  • What We're Looking For

    • Proven Experience: 10+ years in Security Operations consulting and managed services, with a track record of winning and delivering large-scale engagements.
    • Strategic and Tactical Expertise: Ability to design TOM frameworks and lead their implementation across global enterprises.
    • Technical Depth: Hands-on experience with SIEM, XDR, SOAR, and threat intelligence platforms across multiple vendors.
    • Consultative Leadership: Strong executive presence, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
    • Cloud Security Knowledge: Familiarity with securing workloads in Azure, AWS, and hybrid environments is a plus.

    Who You Are

    Job Requirements

    • Experience: Minimum 10-12 years in Security Operations consulting and managed services, with a strong record of delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
    • Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of Security Operations, including SOC design, SIEM/XDR strategy, SOAR automation, Vulnerability Management, and Threat Intelligence.
    • Consultative Selling: Demonstrated ability to translate technical capabilities into business value and win high-impact consultative engagements.
    • Technical Certifications: Recognized credentials in security technologies and services; cloud security certifications are a plus.
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
    • Leadership & Communication: Strong executive presence, ability to influence stakeholders, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    This position requires the employee to work on a regular basis with Kyndryl stakeholders located in other Canadian provinces, the United States, or internationally where English is the common language, making knowledge of the English language a requirement for this position in addition to fluency in French.
