The Role

The Senior Business Development Manager and Content Strategist plays a critical role in shaping content frameworks and sales enablement materials that align with business goals, user needs, and market positioning. Leveraging a strong technical background and extensive IT experience, this role translates complex solutions into compelling narratives, executive presentations, and customer-focused value propositions. By driving thought leadership and analyst engagement, Kyndral's Content Strategist enhances credibility, strengthens competitive advantage, and supports business growth in technology-driven markets.

Through this role you will be responsible to:

• Shape content strategy and frameworks that align with business goals, user needs, and market positioning.
• Develop high-impact sales enablement materials such as playbooks, propositions, and industry-focused collateral.
• Support complex solution offerings by translating technical capabilities into compelling, business-oriented narratives.
• Create tailored executive presentations and client decks that drive engagement and differentiation.
• Lead Thought leadership and analyst response initiatives to enhance credibility, influence, and competitive advantage.

The minimum yearly salary suitable for this full-time role as a Senior Lead, Offering Management Technical Marketing and Launch role is €79,240. Your actual salary will be discussed in a personal interview, taking into account your professional experience as well as qualifications and educational background.

Required Skills and Experience

• Have at least 10 years of IT experience - preferably presales, business analyst, project or program manager or similar
• Technical background - Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science/Math/Physics/Engineering or similar
• Proven experience in content strategy, sales enablement, or business development support within B2B or technology-driven industries.
• Strong ability to translate complex solutions and technical concepts into clear, compelling, and customer-focused content.
• Expertise in creating sales materials (playbooks, CVPs, presentations) that drive business growth and strengthen market positioning.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage executive-level audiences and industry analysts.
• Key skills include strong analytical abilities, communication skills, and the ability to translate technical features into clear benefits.
