In our centralized HR function, you'll be at the forefront of providing direct support and guidance to our employees. You'll be the go-to person for resolving their issues and ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. You will navigate through a diverse range of HR-related cases with a particular focus on employee separations and departures in this role, resolving complex departure cases, and driving experience and process improvements. You will own a critical process that shapes employee experience at a key life-cycle moment. You'll handle it all with finesse, making each interaction a positive experience.

In this role you will provide a specialized service support for a regional, European area of responsibility, and often partner with global and local HR teams and COEs to facilitate service support and execution. Information sharing is a key aspect of our team's success, and we encourage you to identify trends and share your valuable insights with management to continuously improve our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Case management - including overseeing experience, timeliness, accuracy and acting as the final escalation point for sensitive or high-risk separations
- People - Coach and develop HR Specialists; deliver training on new tools, policies, and metrics. Foster a culture of customer focus, data accuracy, and knowledge sharing
- Operational excellence - Track and report on SLA / KPI performance; investigate root causes and implement fixes. Maintain global SOPs and audit controls.
- Process transformation - lead continuous-improvement initiatives (Lean, automation, knowledge articles). Partner with regional HR, Payroll, and Legal to harmonize procedures and data flows.
- Projects and change - drive or support HR projects (system upgrades, policy launches) that impact departing employees. Prepare change-management plans and stakeholder comms

Who You Are
You're good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. However, equally as important - you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. You are customer-focused - someone who prioritizes customer success in their work. And finally, you're open and borderless - naturally inclusive in how you work with others.
Required Technical and Professional Experience:
- Case-management mastery: 3-5 years handling HR queries in a shared-services environment; expert in ServiceNow (or similar)
- Data & metrics drive: comfortable with Excel pivots, dashboards, and translating SLA/KPI trends into action
- Process-improvement leadership: demonstrated success leading teams through workflow redesign or automation
- Excellent written and verbal English; confident influencer across all levels of the business
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- Experience supporting multi-country exits and statutory requirements
- Exposure to Lean / Six Sigma or similar CI methodologies
