The Role
The Senior Lead, HR Change Management plays a pivotal role in driving and supporting change management for global HR Transformation projects and initiatives. This position is crucial in ensuring the successful adoption and sustainability of HR process changes, system rollouts, and related organizational transformations. Reporting directly to the Director, HR Change & Transformation, this role collaborates closely with senior HR leaders, transformation teams, communications, and other key stakeholders. The Senior Lead is responsible for creating and driving change management plans, tracking milestones, identifying and addressing risks and issues, and providing comprehensive status reports. They independently transform program outputs into actionable enablement plans, support the creation of presentation deliverables, and ensure active and visible sponsorship from leaders.
Required Skills, Experience and Circumstances:
- Collaborates with senior HR leaders to ensure the effective implementation of changes to technology processes, priorities, and initiatives.
- Develops and executes comprehensive change management strategies, governance, and implementation across assigned technology and program initiatives for HR.
- Fosters strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Demonstrates a results-oriented approach with a sense of urgency and accountability to drive business value through successful change adoption, supported by formal KPIs and measured outcomes.
- Utilizes a disciplined project management approach to oversee change management projects.
- Works closely with the communications team to prepare for critical events and manage internal and external messaging.

Required Skills, Experience and Circumstances:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management or similar field, encompassing the full lifecycle of change management and working on large-scale, cross-functional transformations within Human Resources.
- Strong foundation in change management principles, methodologies, and tools, with an emphasis on understanding how people experience change and how change management impacts their experience.
- Project management skills, including the ability to create and execute project plans.
- Human-centric approach to designing and executing change management strategies, with a focus on the user or employee experience.
- Proven track record of creating scalable organizational solutions using innovative technologies and process improvements.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple complex projects in fast-paced environments, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in internal communications, with the ability to develop clear messaging and presentations.
- Growth mindset with the ability and willingness to learn and apply knowledge quickly.
- Ability to operate effectively across a global organization.
- Strong prioritization and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing demands effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Strong understanding of stakeholder needs and ability to translate them into functional requirements.
- Consulting experience.
- Global experience in developing and deploying change activities, including stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, communication strategies and plans, organization design and culture assessments, training and enablement, change adoption measurement, and change readiness activities.

Compensation
The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $96,480 to $183,240 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part-time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.
There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:
California: $106,080 to $219,840
Colorado: $96,480 to $183,240
New York City: $115,680 to $219,840
Washington: $106,080 to $201,480
Washington DC: $106,080 to $201,480
This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
