Senior Lead, Business Continuity Professional

2) Data Analysis & Decision Support: Lead, plan, and coordinate data assessments using established criteria. Exercise sound judgment to evaluate potential outcomes and recommend actionable alternatives.
3) Financial Planning & Evaluation: Develop budgets, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and perform financial evaluations of business continuity planning options for executive decision-making.
4) Metrics & Governance: Design and implement governance, risk assessment, and performance measurement metrics to support strategic oversight.
5) Risk Insight Integration: Embed intelligent workflows that enable contextual, action-oriented notifications, automated processes, real-time reporting, and access to embedded knowledge bases and reference materials for agile learning.
6) Compliance & Auditing: Conduct internal audits aligned with the ISO 22301 standard for Business Continuity Management Systems.

Additional Responsibilities:

1) Continuously monitor and assess emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory developments impacting business continuity management.
2) Utilize advanced technologies to enhance visibility into potential risk areas and ensure seamless integration with business continuity planning efforts.
3) Proactively recommend improvements and enhancements to the business continuity program based on evolving needs and insights.
4) Act as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders during crises or disruptions, offering expert guidance and support.
5) Develop and maintain comprehensive crisis management plans to ensure organizational resilience during disruptive events.
6) Design and implement robust business continuity plans across all business units to maintain a constant state of readiness.
7) Strengthen integrated risk management practices while coordinating global disaster recovery and business continuity exercises.
8) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate and refine business recovery strategies.
9) Engage with external BCM organizations to stay informed on industry best practices and emerging trends.
10) Support and/or lead initiatives aligned with BCM governance requirements within the broader enterprise operational risk framework.
11) Provide 24/7 on-call event management support during incidents.

Required Technical & Professional Expertise:

1) ISO 22301 Certified Lead Implementer and Lead Auditor

2) 8-10+ years of total professional experience, including 5-8 years of specialized experience in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Crisis Management, Certified Continuity Planner

3) Hands-on and having domain knowledge of Everbridge and BC in the Cloud, (Riskonnect) tools would be given preference.

Preferred Technical & Professional Expertise:

1) DRII Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP)

2) MBCP (Master Business Continuity Professional) certification is preferred and would be considered a strong asset.

3) CBCI (Certificate of the Business Continuity Institute) or MBCI (Member of the Business Continuity Institute) certification is preferred and would be considered a strong asset.
