As an Enterprise Architect with Kyndryl, you will have the chance to work with some of the world's most innovative and dynamic companies, helping them to achieve their business goals through the strategic implementation of technology. You will be responsible for connecting our customers' business needs with their IT strategy, using a range of architectural models and views to create a clear picture of how their requirements can be met in an agile, sustainable, and flexible way.

To excel in this role, you will need to be able to understand our customers' needs and constraints, and apply industry knowledge and best practices to develop effective IT solutions. You will work closely with customers to understand their unique challenges and use your expertise to develop a high-level enterprise-wide IT architecture that maps IT capabilities to business needs. You will be expected to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing comprehensive knowledge of our solutions offerings, strategies, and direction as it relates to the customer's business, infrastructure, and industry.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also need to be a skilled communicator, able to influence customers and sell our solutions using your in-depth knowledge of leading-edge technology solutions and your understanding of their business and industry.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in designing enterprise architecture.
• Proven ability to architect, design, and implement IT infrastructure and platforms within large-scale organisations.
• Proficient in using TOGAF, the Zachman Framework, or other enterprise architecture methodologies.
• Strong business acumen and excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term, meaningful relationships with C-level stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, with business-level proficiency in both English and Dutch.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in aligning business and IT strategies, with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
• Recognised as a trusted advisor with a commercial mindset, capable of identifying opportunities and supporting customers in executing their digital transformation strategies.
• Familiarity with one or more cloud technologies (hyperscalers) at the enterprise architecture level.
