Join our dynamic team here at Kyndryl Slovakia as a Senior Associate, Accounting (HR), where you'll play a crucial role in managing payroll inputs, overseeing compensation and benefits, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. You'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring compliance and responding to audit requests with confidence.
Through this role you will be responsible for the following activities:
- Process payroll inputs via journal entries or payroll load, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee the payroll, compensations, benefits, mobility, and travel processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Reconcile Balance Sheet accounts related to payroll, compensations, benefits, and travel, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure accounting policies are applied correctly and financial statements comply with financial reporting requirements.
- Respond to audit requests, providing necessary documentation and explanations to auditors.

As a member of our accounting team here at Kyndryl Slovakia, you will be involved in month-end closing activities, which require concentrated efforts during the final week of each month. This may include working on some of the holidays, weekends are typically not required. Your commitment to these critical periods is key role requirement.
The salary range for this opportunity starts at 1750 EUR gross per month. The final salary offer reflects the set of skills and experience that selected candidates bring to the team.

Required Skills and Expertise
- +3 years of experience in the fields of accounting or finance is an advantage
- Focus on goals and results
- Curious personality, hungry to learn and grow
- Flexible and collaborative attitude, being a team player
- Good communication & time management skills
- Ability to work under time pressure
Preferred Skills and Expertise
- Experience with accounting standards
- Interest to apply accounting rules in a complex, SEC regulated, technology company.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of computer skills including the Office suite of product
