The Role
• Atuar em projetos de implementação, upgrade, conversão e modernização de SAP MM/WM, com ênfase em SAP ECC e SAP S/4HANA.
• Liderar atividades de levantamento de requisitos, mapeamento de processos logísticos e definição de soluções nos módulos SAP MM (Material Management) e WM (Warehouse Management).
• Executar parametrização/configuração completa dos módulos MM e/ou WM.
• Conduzir projetos de migração ECC → S/4HANA, incluindo cenários RISE with SAP.
• Atuar em integração com outros módulos (FI, CO, SD, PP, QM, EWM, TM).
• Realizar a gestão de dados mestres (materiais, fornecedores, clientes, centros, depósitos).
• Aplicar boas práticas de qualidade de dados: validação, deduplicação, enriquecimento e harmonização.

• Criar e manter workflows de aprovação e manutenção de dados mestres em SAP MDG.
• Conduzir workshops e treinamentos para clientes e equipes internas.
• Apoiar testes integrados (SIT), homologações (UAT) e gestão de defeitos.
• Propor melhorias contínuas, inovação e otimização dos processos logísticos e de governança de dados.
Who You Are
• Experiência mínima de 8 anos como Consultor SAP MM e/ou WM, incluindo atuação comprovada em projetos críticos e de grande porte.
• Vivência em:
o Implementações Greenfield.
o Conversão/migração ECC → S/4HANA (Brownfield ou Selective Data Transition).
o Projetos de upgrade e modernização SAP.
• Experiência em MDM / SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) e ferramentas de integração (SAP PI/PO, CPI, SAP Data Services).
• Conhecimento profundo em processos de:
o Gestão de Materiais (procurement, inventário, movimentações, MRP).
o Gestão de Almoxarifado e Armazém (WM).
o Recebimento e expedição de materiais, controle de estoques, picking, packing, cross-docking.
o Integração com processos fiscais e financeiros.
• Desejável experiência em:
o SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).
o Integração com WMS externos e automação de armazéns.
o SAP Fiori apps para logística.
o Localização Brasil e compliance fiscal (NF-e, SPED).
o Excel avançado e Power BI para análises complementares.
• Português nativo ou fluente
• Inglês avançado/técnico (fluente em projetos internacionais).
• Certificações SAP (MM, WM, EWM, MDG) são altamente valorizadas.
• Graduação completa.
• Disponibilidade para modelo de trabalho híbrido (até 3 dias/semana no escritório ou site de clientes).
