The Role
• Atuar em projetos de implementação, upgrade, migração e modernização de ambientes SAP FI/CO, abrangendo SAP ECC, S/4HANA e RISE with SAP.
• Levantar requisitos junto aos clientes, mapear processos de negócios e desenhar soluções robustas e sustentáveis em FI/CO.
• Parametrizar e realizar a configuração dos módulos FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking, Tax) e CO (Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis).

• Participar de projetos críticos e desafiadores, com alta visibilidade e impacto para o negócio do cliente.
• Conduzir workshops funcionais e treinamentos para usuários-chave e times internos.
• Apoiar iniciativas de integração com outros módulos SAP e sistemas legados (MM, SD, PP, PS, HR, etc.).
• Realizar testes integrados e gerenciamento de defeitos.
• Atuar como líder e trusted advisor junto aos clientes, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e inovação.
Who You Are
Requisitos:
• Experiência mínima de 8 anos como Consultor e líder Funcional SAP FI/CO.
• Atuação comprovada em projetos complexos e de missão crítica em ambientes SAP.
• Experiência em projetos de:
o Implementação completa (Greenfield).
o Conversão/migração de SAP ECC para SAP S/4HANA (Brownfield ou Selective Data Transition).
o Upgrades técnicos e funcionais de SAP.
o Projetos RISE with SAP é um diferencial.
• Experiência em projetos de modernização e transformação digital, com foco em simplificação de processos e inovação financeira.
• Sólido conhecimento de processos financeiros e controladoria em ambientes multinacionais.
• Conhecimento de SAP Fiori apps e SAP Best Practices para FI/CO.
• Experiência em projetos de rollout global e localizações fiscais brasileiras (TDF, NF-e, SPED, eSocial).
• Desejável:
o Conhecimento de SAP Group Reporting.
o Experiência em SAP Central Finance.
o Familiaridade com frameworks de governança de dados e compliance.
o Inglês avançado.

• Excelente comunicação e capacidade de interação com áreas de negócio e TI.
• Perfil hands-on, com capacidade de atuar desde o desenho da solução até a execução.
• Flexibilidade para atuar em ambientes multiculturais e dinâmicos.
