The Role

As a Resiliency Orchestration SME at Kyndryl, you will serve as a subject matter expert with thorough understanding of disaster recovery (DR) processes, planning, and technologies for orchestration and automation of overall DR.

Demonstrate deep knowledge of the KRO product, modern platforms, and latest technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop orchestration solutions.
• Prepare and validate RUN Books for proof of concept (POC).
• Lead final implementation of turnkey RO projects.
• Manage daily operations and reporting using the tool.

Required Skills and Experience

• 8+ years of experience with end-to-end understanding of DR process automation.
• Strong knowledge of prerequisites such as RUN Book, TRP, and Manual Drill for RO implementation.
• Hands-on experience in implementation, configuration, and testing of KRO across multiple technologies.
• Skilled in conducting DR Drills and fine-tuning configurations to achieve desired RPO/RTO outcomes.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Deep understanding of Modernized on-cloud KRO platform with Bridge integration,
• Technical Recovery Processes
• Troubleshooting and working on Field integration for new technologies to be orchestrated.
