The Role

Kyndryl Project Specialists play a critical role in delivering successful projects and programs to our Kyndryl customers. We support our customers' transformation visions through the delivery of many interconnected, related projects. Each one of these projects needs to deliver the intended outcome and project specialists are at the heart of making this happen.

  • Directly contribute to engagement-related activities within the assigned account team.
  • Lead and develop the Engagement, Work Climate, and Culture Initiatives Plan.
  • Implement a Voice of the Employee (VoE) program to ensure regular feedback and measure the impact of executed initiatives.
  • Manage internal communications for the account.
  • Create and maintain a calendar of internal events.
  • Provide HR-related advice to ensure contractual and legal compliance.
  • Advise on company HR processes.
  • Handle confidential information.

You work well within a team environment and are comfortable adapting your responsibilities as the project needs evolve. Required Skills and Expertise

  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in roles related to Human Resources, Communications, Change Management, Cultural Transformation, or similar fields. Interest in HR Business Partner, Employee Experience, or HR Generalist roles.
  • Intermediate English level is desirable.
  • General knowledge of Human Resources.
  • Experience and interest in internal communications and graphic design (flyers, PowerPoint templates, etc.).
  • Ability to create executive presentations.
  • Experience in workplace climate measurement processes, and in designing and implementing improvements.
  • Experience organizing integration events.
  • Desirable knowledge or experience in Employee Experience.
