The Role
Responsibilities:
- Navigate complex organizational structures to effectively deliver OCM solutions.
- Contribute to business growth by supporting proposal development and client presentations.
- Adhere to project governance and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand change goals and develop effective adoption strategies.
- Lead and manage high-impact OCM initiatives.
- Mentor and coach team members to ensure high-quality OCM delivery.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of OCM methodologies and tools.
- Develop and implement effective communication and training plans.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of OCM deliverables.
- Identify and address potential resistance to change.

Who You Are
You're good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. However, equally as important - you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. You are customer-focused - someone who prioritizes customer success in their work. And finally, you're open and borderless - naturally inclusive in how you work with others.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in business administration, Change Management or related fields.
- 7+ years of OCM experience in consulting, preferably with min. 2 years of technology consulting
- Strong consulting skills, including strategic thinking and problem-solving
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Experience designing and delivering training programs
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Relevant OCM certifications (e.g., CCMP, MCMP, Prosci, APMG)
Optional Qualifications:
- Master's degree in organizational Change Management or related field
- Process design expertise
