The Role
金融、製造業を中心とした大手企業のお客様のニーズ• 課題を聞き出し、メインフレーム及びメインフレームを中心としたシステムポートフォリオ全体の構成をデザイン• 実装をしていただきます。
• プロジェクトベースでインフラ全般に関する迅速なソリューション提供を行う。
• 技術的課題の分析、システムのテスト、修正、自動化、統合など。
• 長期的なITインフラの戦略的計画と運用実行。
• 技術的およびタイムラインのリスク特定、クライアントの期待と内部課題のマネジメント
• アーキテクト、技術者、PMと密接に連携しプロジェクトのライフサイクル全体に関与。

• 技術者としてのメインフレームの以下何れかの経験
- z/OS
- DB(Db2,IMS)
- DC(CICS,MQ)
- メインフレーム H/W (CPU,DASD,VTS)
• メインフレームの構築もしくは運用経験（目安としては5年以上）
• WBSを使用したスケジュール管理ができること
• ビジネスレベルの日本語
【応募要件②】
• PMOとしてのプロジェクト管理支援の経験
- WBSの作成とWBSを使用したスケジュール管理経験
- 問題管理／課題管理の実施経験
• Excelスキル（関数を駆使してスプレッドシートを作成できるレベル）
• PowerPointスキル（お客様向け報告資料を独力で作成できるレベル）
【歓迎（Nice to Have）】
• プロジェクト管理資格（PMP,ITIL）
• プロジェクトマネジメントまたはチームリーダー経験（5-10名程度）
• お客様への報告、提案経験
• メインフレーム• モダナイゼーションのコンサルティング、提案、プロジェクト経験
• メインフレームのアプリケーション領域もしくはインフラ領域での構築• 運用経験
• アセンブラ,COBOL,PL1,Javaといった言語スキル
【本ポジションの魅力】
• メインフレームを利用しミッションクリティカルな業務を運用しているお客様に対しての提案でありメインフレーム及びモダナイゼーション領域において最先端の知識、経験を得ることができます。
• キンドリルが運用を担当しているお客様への提案が半数以上を占めており、お客様担当チームと連携しお客様にとっての 最適解を共に作り上げることができます。
