The Role
10+ Years experience in Service Management Specialist with deep expertise in Change Management, Incident Management, Asset Management, and ITIL processes. The ideal candidate will act as the India focal point, collaborating with operational teams across India to drive transformation initiatives, communicate new processes, and ensure smooth implementation. Prior experience working with the Japan market is a must.

Key Responsibilities:
Service Management Expertise:
- Oversee and manage Change Management, ensuring efficient approval and implementation of changes with minimal disruption.
- Handle Incident Management, including the coordination and resolution of major incidents within defined SLAs.
- Manage the lifecycle of assets under Asset Management, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Adhere to and promote ITIL best practices across operations.
Transformation Leadership:
- Act as the primary liaison for transformation initiatives within India.
- Communicate and educate Indian operational teams on new processes and guidelines during transformation projects.
- Collect and address feedback, ensuring alignment with transformation goals.
Collaboration with Japan Market:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in the Japan market.
- Ensure alignment of service management processes with Japan-specific requirements and expectations.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on Japan market dynamics.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify and implement opportunities for improving service management processes.
- Conduct regular training sessions for teams to enhance their understanding of ITIL practices.

• Technical knowledge and expertise in the given technology/service domain
• Proven ability to think strategically, analyze complex challenges, and develop innovative solutions that align with business objectives
• Effective problem-solving skills to address issues and optimize with smarter way of working

Required Technical and Professional Experience
At least 10 Years experience in Service management.
• SCRUM or Project Management skills
• Basic TI knowledge (architectural)
• Organization and planning skills
• Teamwork with "one team" philosophy
• Fluent in English (written and verbal - OR OTHER RELEVANT LANGUAGE, AS NEEDED)
Japanese Language Expertise preference.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
• MS Project or other Project Management software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interact confidently with stakeholders of all levels
