The Role

※2-3 days/week remote work available (initially expecting 3-4 days/week in-office)

Our company provides IT services to a wide range of clients both domestically and internationally, and we are strengthening our framework to support strategic planning and decision-making from a financial perspective.

In this role, you will support variance analysis and performance forecasting based on the company's mid- to long-term strategy, as well as provide financial support through close collaboration with various business units.

The team includes members from diverse national backgrounds, providing you with the opportunity to work in a global environment where English is used on a daily basis.
In the future, you will also have opportunities to expand your career into other finance domains (such as accounting or pricing) or even move to different departments within the company.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support variance analysis, forecasting, and performance management based on company strategy
  • Assist in setting performance targets for each business unit
  • Monitor and analyze results, and report to management and business units
  • Provide insights and support decision-making for executives and related departments
  • Gather information from other teams within the finance division

  • Work hours: 9:00-17:36 (1-hour break)

Who You Are

Required

  • English proficiency (practical experience in business settings)
    ※ For non-Japanese nationals, both English and Japanese proficiency are required
    (business-level conversation, reading, and writing in both languages)
  • Experience in financial analysis and basic knowledge of financial modeling
  • Experience using Excel, SAP, BI tools, etc. (user level)

Preferred

  • FP&A experience at an IT services company or in a similar industry
  • Practical experience in finance-related fields such as FP&A, accounting, or auditing
  • Experience interacting with senior management through presentations and report preparation
  • A proactive attitude toward improving work processes and not being satisfied with the status quo
