The Role

At Kyndryl, security is more than a function-it's a commitment. We are seeking a Lead Corporate Security professional to join our team and help protect our people, property, and information across Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay.
As a key member of our Corporate Security team, you will support and enhance our physical security, emergency planning, data privacy, and incident management programs. You will conduct risk assessments of current and proposed sites, evaluate internal and external threats, and recommend appropriate security measures. You will also support audits, ensure compliance with global standards, and contribute to the development of security policies and procedures.

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Conduct security risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for sites in Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay.
  • Support internal and external audit activities and ensure compliance with corporate security standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain physical and electronic security systems (e.g., CCTV, access control).
  • Monitor regional security trends and provide recommendations to improve preparedness and response.
  • Assist in the development and dissemination of security awareness and training materials.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for security-related incidents and investigations in the region.

Who You Are

Required Skills, Experience and Circumstances

  • 5+ years of experience in Corporate Security, including physical security and data center protection.
  • Strong knowledge of electronic security systems.
  • Experience conducting risk assessments and managing incident response.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed across the region.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
  • CPP or PSP certification.
  • Experience supporting security operations in multinational environments.
  • Knowledgeable in standards or certifications in compliance frameworks and audit processes (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC1, SOC2, PCI, SSAE18).
  • Experienced with Access Control platforms and CCTV systems (Amag, CCTV Genetec) and Morse keywatcher or access control/video surveillance systems.
