The Role
大手製造業企業様のIT基盤の構築運用支援をしており、その分散系基盤チーム業務
分散システム基盤（主にAWS環境）に関する設計• 構築• 運用を統括し、チームの技術的リードを担います
主な業務内容
- 分散システム基盤（オンプレ、AWS環境）の設計• 構築• 運用
- チームの運用計画と業務管理
- 障害対応およびインシデント管理の主導
- 他部門（アプリ開発、セキュリティ、ネットワークなど）との連携• 調整
- プロジェクト管理、お客様への報告
Who You Are
必要なスキル• 経験
- HW、OS、ミドルウェア、Database、ストレージ、ネットワーク,監視等の基礎知識
- 分散システムまたは大規模インフラの設計• 運用経験
- クラウドプラットフォーム（AWS, Azure, GCP）の利用経験
- 10名程度で構成されるチームのリーダーポジション、マネジメント経験があることが望ましい
