The Role
An IT Asset Management (ITAM) professional oversees and manages an organization's technological assets, including hardware, software, and networks. Their goal is to ensure efficient use and compliance with regulations.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain an updated inventory of IT assets.
- Monitor the asset lifecycle.
- Manage software licenses.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT assets.
- Collaborate with other departments.
- Generate reports on the status of assets.

Who You Are
Skills and Competencies
- Technical knowledge of hardware, software, and networks.
- Analytical skills for making informed decisions.
- Experience in managing technological projects.
- Knowledge of IT policies and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Meticulousness and attention to detail.
- Ability to solve technological problems.
Training and Certifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field.
- Certifications such as CITAM, CSAM, or ITIL.
- Previous experience in similar roles not less than 4 years.
- Intermediate English
