The Role
The Hybrid Cloud Technology Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing hybrid cloud solutions that integrate on-premises infrastructure with public cloud services. This role requires a deep understanding of both traditional IT architecture and modern cloud technologies to ensure seamless interoperability and optimal performance.
The architect will work closely with various stakeholders to develop scalable, secure, and cost-effective hybrid cloud strategies that align with the client's objectives. He/She is also required to co-creates with clients, in real-time, on solutions to solve their hardest business challenges.
The architect is a key player in a multi-disciplinary team made up of Architects, Engineers, Designers, and Business Technology Leaders. The brightest and creative minds collaborating with clients as one team and contributing to experiential working sessions and builds. The outputs of which produce pilots that lead to the deployment of enterprise-scale solutions at start-up speed.

Key Responsibilities
- Cloud Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive hybrid cloud strategy that meets the business requirements and enhances operational efficiency.
- Architecture Design: Design hybrid cloud architectures that incorporate on-premises, private cloud, and public cloud environments to deliver integrated and cohesive solutions such as Red Hat OpenShift,Kubernetes, or AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Be a technology consultant or architect to develop architecture or solution design proposal based on global assets and client's requirements with consultative points of view.
- Leverage contemporary hybrid cloud skills (e.g., AI, analytics, DevOps, DevSecOps, IaC, automation, security, networking, and storage) with deep industry expertise and an understanding of your clients' businesses.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure that all hybrid cloud solutions comply with security standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Implementation and Integration: Lead the deployment and integration of hybrid cloud solutions or container platform, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance, reliability, and scalability of hybrid cloud infrastructures.
- Understanding and practical application of Agile best practices.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work with IT teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and management of hybrid cloud solutions.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain thorough documentation of architectures, processes, and procedures, and provide regular reports on the status and performance of hybrid cloud environments.

Who You Are
You're good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. However, equally as important - you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. - Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, CNCF, RedHat certified OCP Admin (EX280 or EX380), K8s certified) is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in cloud architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Azure cloud platform. Strong knowledge of on-premises infrastructure, virtualization, container, microservice technologies, and networking. Familiar with ELK, observability and open telemetry.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Project Management: Experience in managing projects, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly changing environment, staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Podman、Kubernetes、OpenShift、Quay.
- Familiarity with observability technologies such as Grafana、ELK Stack(Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)、Prometheus(Exporters、Alertmanager、Thanos)、OpenTelemetry.
- Familiarity with Middleware technologies such as Apache Kafka、AMQS、3Scale、APIC.
