Who We Are
At Kyndryl, we design, build, manage and modernize the mission-critical technology systems that the world depends on every day. So why work at Kyndryl? We are always moving forward - always pushing ourselves to go further in our efforts to build a more equitable, inclusive world for our employees, our customers and our communities.
The Role
At Kyndryl, Infrastructure Specialists are subject matter experts in project-based domains across the entire infrastructure landscape. They excel at delivering analysis, documenting and diagramming work for handover, providing timely solutions, and generally "figuring out what needs to be done." This is a hands-on role where sensing the interaction between systems and their environments is critical to delivering value to every customer.

This role has two key aspects. First, it involves engaging in current projects to analyze technical issues, propose solutions, conduct testing, implement changes, automate processes, and integrate systems. Second, it requires developing long-term, strategic plans for IT infrastructure and operations. Since this role is not limited to a specific platform, a broad understanding of all platforms is essential. As a result, Kyndryl offers a variety of experiences and growth opportunities that are hard to find elsewhere.
You'll be involved from the early stages of projects, helping to deliver solutions, assess feasibility, and identify technical and timeline risks in advance. This means addressing both customer expectations and internal challenges. In other words, there are many opportunities to drive change, and your contributions will be highly visible. In fact, one of the most common signs of success in this role is when customers return to Kyndryl and specifically request to work with the same specialist again. That's the kind of impact you can have.
This is a project-based role that allows you to be deeply involved throughout the project lifecycle, while also working closely with architects, engineers, and project managers. Regardless of your current technical knowledge or career direction, you'll find opportunities that suit you and colleagues who support your growth. Think it might get boring? Trust us-it won't.
Who You Are
You are highly skilled in your work and have accumulated the necessary experience to prove it. However, just as important is having a growth mindset and the drive to grow both personally and professionally. We want you to be someone who puts the customer at the center of everything you do and prioritizes their success in your work. Lastly, we hope you are open, borderless, and naturally collaborative with others.
