Your Role and Responsibilities
As an Industry Solution Manager, you will:
- Own the Industry Strategy: Collaborate closely with global industry leads and subject matter experts to define and evolve the strategic direction for your industry vertical. You will synthesize global insights, market trends, and client needs into a cohesive go-to-market strategy.
- Drive Solution Innovation: Identify high-impact opportunities within your industry and translate them into compelling client value propositions (CVPs). You will lead the development of industry-specific solutions that align with client challenges and emerging technology trends.
- Assess and Expand Capabilities: Map current solution capabilities across the organization and identify critical gaps. You will work cross-functionally to prioritize and close these gaps through partnerships, innovation, or capability development.
- Enable Sales and Delivery: Partner with sales, consulting, and delivery teams to ensure solutions are well-positioned, understood, and executable. You will provide strategic guidance and thought leadership throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Be the Industry Expert: Bring deep industry knowledge and credibility to client conversations, internal strategy sessions, and market-facing initiatives. Your expertise will shape how Kyndryl shows up in the market.
Who You Are
- A strategic thinker with a strong background in IT consulting services and a proven ability to develop and execute industry-specific strategies.
- Experienced in solution development, from ideation through to execution, with a clear understanding of how to create differentiated value for clients.
- Adept at working across global teams, synthesizing input from diverse stakeholders, and aligning efforts toward a common vision.
- Passionate about staying ahead of industry trends and translating them into actionable insights and offerings.
- A natural collaborator and communicator who can influence at all levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT consulting, solution management, or industry strategy roles.
- Deep expertise in one or more industries (e.g., Financial Services, Manufacturing, Healthcare, etc.).
- Demonstrated success in developing and launching industry solutions or services.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Compensation
The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $138,480 to $263,160 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills, and experience. For part-time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city, or local minimum wage requirement.
There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:
California: $152,400 to $315,720
Colorado: $138,480 to $263,160
New York City: $166,200 to $315,720
Washington: $152,400 to $289,440
Washington DC: $152,400 to $289,440
This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
