As an Industry Sales Enablement Manager, you'll be the strategic force behind how we activate our industry solutions in the market-empowering our sales teams with the tools, training, and content they need to succeed.

As an Industry Sales Enablement Manager, you will:
- Co-Create Activation Plans: Partner with Industry Solution Managers to build and execute activation plans that bring our solutions to market. You'll define the content strategy and enablement roadmap that supports each launch.
- Own Sales Enablement Content Strategy: Lead the development of compelling, repeatable, and scalable sales enablement assets-playbooks, pitch decks, battle cards, and more-that open doors and drive conversations.
- Design and Deliver Training: Create and lead training programs that prepare sales teams to confidently position and sell our industry solutions. You'll define how we launch in the market and ensure consistent messaging across regions.
- Coordinate Marketing and GTM Enablement: Act as the connective tissue between industry teams, marketing, and global sales enablement. You'll ensure alignment across functions and drive cohesive go-to-market execution.
- Leverage Industry and Marketing Expertise: While your core strength is in marketing and enablement, your understanding of industry dynamics will help tailor content and messaging to resonate with client challenges and opportunities.
- Scale What Works: Build assets and frameworks that are not only effective but also scalable and reusable across industries and geographies-accelerating time to value and increasing sales velocity.
Who You Are
- A marketing and enablement leader with a strong background in professional services or IT consulting environments.
- Experienced in developing sales content that drives engagement and supports complex solution selling.
- A strategic thinker and skilled communicator who can translate technical solutions into compelling business narratives.
- Comfortable leading cross-functional initiatives and working across global teams.
- Passionate about empowering sales teams and driving measurable impact through enablement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years in sales enablement, marketing, or go-to-market roles within IT consulting or professional services.
- Proven success in launching enablement programs and creating high-impact sales content.
- Strong project management, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with industry-specific challenges and how they influence solution positioning.

Compensation
The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $110,880 to $210,600 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills, and experience. For part-time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city, or local minimum wage requirement.
There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:
California: $122,040 to $252,600
Colorado: $110,880 to $210,600
New York City: $133,080 to $252,840
Washington: $122,040 to $231,720
Washington DC: $122,040 to $231,720
This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
