Este rol es clave en garantizar la continuidad del servicio, minimizar tiempos de inactividad y asegurar la comunicación efectiva durante y después del incidente.

✅ Perfil profesional de un Incident Manager
📌 Objetivo del puesto
Gestionar y liderar la resolución de incidentes críticos de manera eficiente, asegurando el restablecimiento rápido de los servicios afectados, la comunicación clara con las partes interesadas y la implementación de mejoras continuas para prevenir incidentes futuros.

🧠 Conocimientos y habilidades
Técnicos:

ITIL (preferentemente certificado).

Gestión de incidentes, problemas y cambios.

Conocimiento en infraestructuras de TI (redes, servidores, bases de datos, cloud).

Herramientas de monitoreo y ticketing (ej. ServiceNow, Jira, Zabbix, Nagios).

Análisis de causa raíz (RCA).

SLA/KPI reporting.

Blandas:
Liderazgo bajo presión.

Habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.

Toma de decisiones rápida y efectiva.

Gestión del tiempo y prioridades.

Capacidad de mediación entre equipos técnicos y no técnicos.

👔 Responsabilidades principales
Actuar como punto central de contacto durante incidentes críticos.

Coordinar equipos técnicos para resolver incidentes en el menor tiempo posible.

Escalar apropiadamente según niveles de criticidad.

Asegurar la comunicación constante con las partes interesadas y usuarios.

Documentar el incidente, el análisis de causa raíz y las acciones tomadas.

Participar en revisiones post-mortem (Post-Incident Reviews).

Proponer e implementar acciones preventivas para evitar recurrencias.

Mejorar continuamente los procesos de gestión de incidentes.

Who You Are

🎓 Formación y experiencia
Titulación en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Informática, Telecomunicaciones o afines.

Certificación ITIL v3/v4 (altamente valorada).

Experiencia mínima de 3 a 5 años en roles de soporte técnico, operaciones TI o gestión de incidentes.

Experiencia previa en ambientes críticos.
