Are you ready to take on the cyber threats of tomorrow by joining the Kyndryl Identity and Access Management organization? As an Identity and Access Management Administrator , you'll be on the front line of ensuring proper access to resources is granted, maintained and removed as per strict security guidelines and audit controls. Through best practices and our Access Management support processes, you'll ensure the utmost confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Kyndryl financial resources. We're not looking for ordinary; we need individuals with expertise in Okta, a flair for problem determination, and a passion for customer service and assisting end users with their Identity and Access Management needs.

This role isn't just protecting resources - it's a vital operation for facilitating trust with our customers. With your technical expertise in cybersecurity and Okta, you'll be on the front lines of all access management responsibilities required to manage Kyndryl's Treasury and Finance business needs.

As a Treasury Access Managment Admin, you'll respond to end user requests for new access to Treasury applications and Banking Portals, take action to reset passwords and mobile tokens, remove access due to terminations or continued business need validations, set up/maintain Access Control Request Types and Continued Business Need Reviews for Kyndryl's Treasury applications, while providing overall end user guidance and assistance with the Treasury Access Management end-user processes. You'll utilize platforms such as Okta Identity Governance and Administration, ServiceNow and SharePoint to manage support tickets and end user guidance materials. You will be instrumental in not only addressing all Treasury Access management issues across all of internal Kyndryl, but also in working with external Banking system support teams to set up and maintain new Banking Portals.

Who You Are

Required Skills and Experience

• Associate's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or other related fields
• Experience working with Okta or other Identity Service Provider
• Demonstrated experience with managing incident tickets and requests in ServiceNow
• Experience with customer support

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or other related fields
• 1 year experience working as an Okta Tenant Administrator
• Okta Certified Professional
