The Role
Responsabilidades
- Elaborar, executar e manter casos e roteiros de testes manuais e automatizados.
- Realizar testes funcionais, regressão, integração, performance e interface em sistemas corporativos.
- Apoiar homologações e testes de aceitação junto a usuários-chave.
- Registrar e acompanhar defeitos, garantindo rastreabilidade e qualidade nas correções.
- Utilizar ferramentas de gestão de testes e defeitos (Jira, Xray, TestLink, Quality Center, Azure DevOps).
- Criar e executar scripts de automação de testes com Selenium WebDriver, JUnit/TestNG, Cypress ou equivalentes.
- Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos de QA, propondo ajustes em fluxos e práticas de teste.
- Atuar de forma colaborativa em times ágeis (Scrum, Kanban), interagindo com desenvolvedores, analistas e stakeholders de negócio.
Who You Are
Requisitos Técnicos
- Experiência de 3 a 5 anos em Teste e Qualidade de Software.
- Vivência em ambientes de baixa plataforma com foco em testes funcionais e automatizados.
- Experiência prática em ferramentas de automação de testes (ex.: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, JUnit, TestNG).
- Conhecimento em testes de APIs (Postman, SoapUI, REST Assured).
- Vivência em testes de performance (JMeter, Gatling) será diferencial.
- Experiência em gestão e documentação de testes em ferramentas corporativas (Jira/Xray, TestLink, ALM/Quality Center, Azure DevOps).
- Conhecimento de metodologias ágeis.

Formação
- Ensino superior completo ou cursando em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas.
Diferenciais
- Certificação ISTQB/CTFL ou equivalente.
- Experiência com testes em dispositivos móveis (Appium).
- Experiência com automação de pipelines de testes em CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
- Vivência em projetos internacionais ou ambientes multilinguísticos.
Requisitos Gerais
- Graduação completa ou cursando
- Disponibilidade para modelo de trabalho híbrido: até 3 dias por semana no escritório da Kyndryl ou no site de clientes, conforme necessidade dos projetos.
