The Role
Strategy-focused Enterprise Architect Practitioner with expertise in Integration of large complex technologies. Leading and defining architectural vision in support of business transformation. Interpret and leverage analytics to remediate inefficiencies, enhance system performance, and manage requirements. Collaboration with stakeholders to define technical vision, governance, communication, and provide technical leadership and oversight for the implementation of the integrated designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the Architectural Governance and Technical Leadership for Kyndryl Consult Clients from the Opportunity Engagement phase to the Managed Services/Steady State Go live.
- Responsible for ensuring Solution Designs meet the functional and non-function requirements to support the implementation, leading and collaborating with a team of assigned Architects.
- Responsible to ensure all solution designs adhere to a standard methodology related to Architect Discipline.
- Responsible for low-level domain architecture designs, ensuring physical hardware in the target environment is ready for migrations, lift and shifts, and new hardware.
- Creates a Data Center Readiness Package including server build configuration mapping, rack elevation, firewall port, cable mapping, and design documentation.
- Responsible for creating an Integrated Solution Design.
- Member of the Kyndryl Client Facing Program team supporting the business partnership with Kyndryl Executives, Kyndryl Program Management and Client Stakeholders.
- Individuals must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to be able to conduct dialogues with our clients and clearly/accurately describe Architecture workstream to C-Level audiences.
- Teamwork at the highest levels and lead/conduct complex negotiations to establish trust as a valued client partner.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise:
- At least 8+ years of experience in the IT Industry with a concentration in Infrastructure/Facilities
- At least 5+ years of Architectural experience and technologies (architectural methods and frameworks - TOGAF)
- Experience in Technical Leadership, Architecture Governance and leading Review Boards
- Strong Emphasis and Experience of Infrastructure Architecture/Technical Breadth/Depth (Network Protocol, Storage)
- Strong emphasis in Data Center Migration, Requirements Gathering, Management of Logical Design of Data Center
- Experience in solution design against requirements
- Issue Based Consulting
- Trusted Advisor and Consultation
- Fluency English
Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science (or related field) Hyper-scaler, Infrastructure
• Open Group Architect Certification Preferred
Required Education:
High School Diploma/GED
