Required Technical and Professional Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software development languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, C#, Python, .NET) with strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
• Experience in Application Modernization and Migration into cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Proven experience in a leadership role within software development.
• Hands-on experience with full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Experience in managing large-scale software projects
• Relevant certifications in project management or software development are a plus.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:

• Provide technical guidance and direction for software development projects.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure the implementation of robust testing practices.
• Oversee the design and architecture of software solutions.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security of applications.
• Collaborate with architects and senior engineers on complex technical challenges.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate with product managers, stakeholders, and other departments.
• Develop and implement technical strategies that align with business goals.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with software development.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
