Key Responsabilities
- Lead a team of IT experts to deliver high-quality and reliable services.
- Align IT solutions with evolving customer business needs.
- Propose and implement tailored solutions that exceed customer expectations.
- Integrate into the customer account structure and collaborate with the Delivery Partner.
- Provide technical and managerial support to field engineers, technicians, system administrators, SMEs, and product support personnel.
- Troubleshoot incidents, problems, changes, and escalations to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with Delivery Partners, Architects, and Site Reliability Engineers (SREs) to co-create and maintain reliable and future-proof systems.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer success.

Who You Are
We are looking for a proactive and collaborative professional who brings not only technical expertise but also a passion for continuous improvement and service excellence. If you thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy solving complex challenges, we'd love to hear from you.
Required Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of experience leading delivery teams and quality services to customers
- Sound knowledge of Kyndryl competencies, managed platforms, IT services, technology vendors
- Experience in leading teams through incident, problem and change management, as well as root cause analysis
- Ability to partner with Delivery Partner(s) and work with SREs to generate positive customer outcomes
- AIOps hands-on knowledge, automation and innovation-oriented mindset
- Well versed for direct and constant interaction with the customer
- Sympathetic and empowering delivery resource manager, fostering growth
- Intermediate to advanced English (evaluated during the interview process).
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Six Sigma, PMP, and/or ITIL certifications
