The Role
Are you ready to lead and innovate in the dynamic world of Talent Operations? As the Director of Talent Operations, you will be at the forefront of driving excellence and strategic alignment across Talent, Learning, and other HR Centers of Excellence. This pivotal role will see you collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Talent & Learning, People & Workforce Analytics, HR Technology, CIO, Procurement, and Employee & Labor Relations (ER-LR).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Innovate: Spearhead the design and enterprise-wide implementation of cutting-edge digital credentials and assessment solutions.
- Drive Excellence: Establish governance, metrics, and reporting frameworks to ensure alignment with Talent & Learning strategies and priorities.
- Manage and Optimize: Oversee policies and operational processes that support scalable and compliant talent practices.
- Showcase Excellence: Lead external award submissions to highlight Talent & Learning achievements.
- Vendor Engagement: Ensure effective vendor engagement and performance for certification and credentialing programs.
- Strategic Execution: Enable the successful execution of Kyndryl's global learning and talent strategy through operational rigor, data-driven insights, and stakeholder alignment.
Essential Skills, Duties & Responsibilities:
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Drive alignment by collaborating with stakeholders across Talent, Learning, and other HR CoEs to advance strategic priorities.
- Consistent Messaging: Work with HR teams and corporate communications to ensure consistent messaging across key forums such as HRLT, HR Accelerate, eMpower, and eXpower.
- Readiness for Reviews: Ensure end-to-end readiness for Talent & Learning Functional Business Reviews, including planning, structuring agendas, preparing materials, and tracking actions.
- Leadership Engagements: Organize and facilitate key leadership engagements, including monthly Extended LT meetings and quarterly Talent & Learning All Hands sessions.
- Timely Resolution: Oversee and drive the timely resolution of action items from Functional Business Reviews, Management letters, and leadership forums.
- Metrics and Measurement: Lead the Metrics and Measurement team to deliver analytics, business-aligned reporting, and operational excellence.
- Policy Management: Maintain an up-to-date compendium of Talent & Learning processes and policies, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational standards.
- Award Submissions: Develop an annual roadmap for external award submissions, collaborating with Learning and Talent Leaders to ensure high-quality submissions.
- Assessment Framework: Lead the strategy, governance, and execution of enterprise-wide assessment practices, championing data-driven and ethical solutions.
- Digital Credentials: Oversee the publication and maintenance of internal digital credentials and manage external certifications with vendors and HR Tech teams.
- Content Management: Ensure the maintenance and updates of articles on internal platforms like MyKyndryl.

Required Skills, Experience, and Circumstances:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 15+ years in Talent, Learning, or HR Operations roles, with at least 5 years in leadership capacity.
- Global Expertise: Proven track record of success in a global matrixed organization and environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Talent & Learning processes, tools, and technologies.
- Program Management Excellence: Strong program management skills with a history of successfully leading projects and programs on a global scale.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to operational excellence.
- Collaborative Skills: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with global and regional cross-functional teams.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with a focus on providing market-aligned solutions.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills to solve problems using data and insights.
- Business Acumen: Possess strong business acumen and change management skills.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a large team.
- Ability to travel and work in Kyndryl office as needed.

Compensation
The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $150,720 to $286,200 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part-time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.
There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:
California: $165,720 to $343,560
Colorado: $150,720 to $286,200
New York City: $180,720 to $343,560
Washington: $165,720 to $314,880
Washington DC: $165,720 to $314,880
This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
