The Role

As a Director, Offering Management for our Cloud Solutions at Kyndryl you will be responsible for translating market and customer requirements into compelling cloud offerings that deliver value and drive business growth.

In your role you'll be responsible for global content development of cloud practice offerings and simplify offering complex concepts and details from multiple sources into consumable content that educates and enables actions.

Specifically, you'll be responsible to:

  • Conduct market research and perform competitive analysis to identify market opportunities.
  • Lead discussions with delivery and country sales leadership to understand customer trends and patterns.
  • Create compelling and competitive offering narratives and messaging that articulate Kyndryl value and illustrate differentiation.
  • Support activities defined by the hyperscaler leads.
  • Work closely with practice cross functional teams including capability development, engineering, delivery and GTM to manage cloud offerings.
  • Manage offerings lifecycle, investments and performance via KPI's and iterate based on data and customer feedback.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and provide feedback into capability development.
  • Support and collaborate with sales enablement team.
  • Support and collaborate with global business development and sales teams.
  • Attend key conferences and marketing events to highlight and showcase Kyndryl value through our competitive solutions and capabilities.

The compensation range for this position in the US is $173,280 to $329,280 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills, and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city, or local minimum wage requirement.

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave and paid time off. Note: if this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.

To be successful in the role you'll have the following experience and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of proven experience in offering management or strategy.
  • Experience managing complex product portfolios or service offerings.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management tools.
  • Strong understanding of market research, customer segmentation and pricing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, presentation and soft skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across multiple cross functional teams.
  • Experience within one of the following Industries: Financial services, Retail, Manufacturing or Healthcare & familiar with industry related technologies
  • Familiarity and expertise with the Hyperscalers: Azure, AWS & Google and experience with hybrid implementations from public to private cloud

Preferred experience:

  • 3+ years working with a large consulting services organization
  • Experience and/or certifications in AI technologies
  • Cloud certifications
