The Role

Kyndryl Consult is the fastest growing business within the organization and instrumental to the company's strategic growth objectives. You will play a key leadership role across multi-disciplinary teams, guiding them through complex consulting engagements and be responsible for creating and positioning strategic change agendas within Kyndryl's largest accounts across the C-suite, spanning the intersection between complex Business and IT customer solutions, transformations that impact across the entire customer Eco-system.

What You'll Do

• Develop consult-led propositions to drive new business across key

hyperscaler partners including Microsoft, AWS, Google and ServiceNow

• Work collaboratively across our business to position DWS as the front-

door for AI and Agentic-powered business transformation, identifying #

connections into broader Kyndryl AI propositions and offerings

• Develop joint GTM initiatives with hyperscaler partners at global level, as

well as within specific priority markets, positioning Kyndryl as partner of

choice for Digital Workplace transformation initiatives

• Drive sales and technical enablement of Digital Workplace consult-led

propositions, including managed services and cross-practice

opportunities

• Provide solution leadership and thought leadership during key client

engagements

• Partner with Kyndryl alliances to execute strategic GTM activities

programmatically and at scale

• Contribute to the Kyndryl point of view for the Future of Work, powered

by the DWS Connected Experience, and aligned with the broader Kyndryl practices

• Role model best practice use and adoption of Digital Workplace

technologies including Copilot, AI and Agentic, across the Kyndryl

organisation

• Lead with industry or function-specific GTM narratives to resonate better

with our clients, focusing on customer problems and business out

comes rather than technology

• Own growth targets for sales and revenue associated with the DWS

Consult business for Connected Experience driven by initial maturity

assessment, strategy and roadmap type propositions, and drive

operational management and sales/tech enablement activity to meet

targets

• Support the identification of short, medium and longer term skills

needed to successfully scale our DWS consult business, and develop /

implement strategies to reskill, hire or develop talent

• Build brand presence and recognition as the leading partner to deliver

• Mentor and inspire a new generation of Microsoft AI Workforce experts:

• Specialization in 1 or more of the following areas:

• Connected Experience

• MS Copilots + Agents

• ServiceNow

• AI-Powered Contact Center

Required Skills and Experience

Must-have capabilities

• 8+ years experience in technology consulting, workplace transformation

or IT services, with experience of the intersection between advisory and

managed services

• Experienced at operating in a global role in a matrixed organisation

• Experience of delivering and joint GTM across a range of hyperscalers,

with deep Microsoft experience preferred, and other hyperscaler /

partnering experience desirable

• Deep expertise in workplace modernization technologies, including 1

Microsoft 365 and Power Platform, including where necessary

providing guidance on building / leveraging connectors for other

enterprise systems

• Experience of driving go-to-market activities for Microsoft growth plays

such as Microsoft 365 Copilot + Agents or Cloud Endpoint is desirable

• Experience of DWS infrastructure, endpoint and identity

• Strong background of consultative selling, particularly with respect to

developing initial engagements focused on DWS maturity, strategy and

vision, and experience of using these to "land and expand" additional

consulting and managed services opportunities with clients

• 5+ years experience of partnering with Microsoft, including driving joint

GTM activities with Microsoft, and an understanding of initiatives such

as incentives, ECIF, fast-track and PDOC

• Experience of partnering with alternate hyperscaler partners such as

ServiceNow, Google, AWS etc is highly desirable; additionally,

experience of technology partners specific to DWS

• Strong business acumen, with the ability to link technology strategies to

financial, operational and business outcomes for customers

• Experience working in a highly-matrixed organization, ideally across a

large region or global.

• Partner with global sales and account teams to drive consulting-led

revenue for DWS, as well as driving consult-led GTM to pull through

additional opportunities across DWS (including managed services)

and across other practices.

• Ability to operate independently and collaborate within a high-trust, low-

hierarchy team

• A broader understanding of Digital Workplace technology capabilities

and the broader AI landscape

Bonus Points For

• Certifications in Microsoft / ServiceNow

• Technical eminence and recognized as a thought leader with

activities such as blogging, podcasts or speaking at conferences.
