The Role

What you'll do

  • Support and troubleshoot: You'll handle Level 1 technical support, resolve incidents, and monitor ticket flows to keep systems running smoothly.
  • Automate and build: You'll develop low-complexity pipelines and tools that improve how we work.
  • Enable and guide: You'll help define access roles and train teams on how to use DevOps tools effectively.

Who You Are

Required Skills and Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support, DevOps, or related roles
  • Basic knowledge of Linux systems and scripting with Bash or PowerShell
  • Familiarity with GitHub Actions or Jenkins for automation and CI/CD workflows
  • Understanding of cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure
  • Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server
  • Foundational programming skills in Java (Maven/Gradle) or .NET (Msbuild/PowerShell), with object-oriented principles

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Exposure to containerization tools like Docker and API management concepts
  • Experience integrating tools such as Jira, Artifactory, SonarQube, and Checkmarx
  • Understanding of credential management tools like Azure Key Vault or Hashicorp Vault
  • Knowledge of security practices, code peer review, and SDLC metrics
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum, and collaboration tools like Confluence
