As the Country Leader for Kyndryl Vital Canada, you will play a dual role. You will lead the business-driving growth, building the team, and delivering exceptional outcomes. Simultaneously, you will guide customers through complex challenges, identifying paths to value and crafting breakthrough experience strategies. You'll collaborate with C-suite executives, Kyndryl account leaders, technical strategists, and alliance partners to define problems, imagine solutions, and bring them to life.

This role will be responsible for growing our Vital team, services, and offerings, and will carry a signings target. Bringing strong business development, team building, and sales growth experience are some of the keys to success.

You will advise senior executives on aligning technology initiatives with organisational strategy and ROI, always from an experience-first perspective. Your fluency in integrating human needs with business objectives will enable you to craft technology roadmaps that deliver measurable value. You'll lead cross-functional teams through full project lifecycles-from discovery to deployment-while building consensus among stakeholders through service blueprints and co-creation workshops.

Your leadership will extend to team development, where you'll hire and mentor creative talent, scale operations, and build high-performing teams capable of delivering large-scale digital transformation initiatives. You'll bring a deep understanding of business strategy, human psychology, and the intersection of business, technology, and user experience. Your ability to align stakeholders through collaborative sessions, uncover new sources of value, and optimise experiences will be key to your success.

Additionally, you'll be expected to communicate clearly and compellingly, design and conduct user research and market evaluations, and apply AI tools responsibly while upholding high ethical standards.

• 15+ years experience in service design
• 10+ years of business development experience
• Deep industry vertical experience
• Experience in both enterprise and agency worlds
• Knowledge and experience in IT infrastructure or other technical applications
• Human behavior, change management, or other applied social sciences
• Data science, AI/ML background
• Experience in DesignOps or otherwise experienced in design-specific processes and capabilities

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent portfolio

• MDM, MDes, MFA, dMBA or equivalent
