Required Skills and Experience

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
• Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as industrial engineering, finance, or economics
• Knowledge of data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g. Looker, Power BI, QuickSight, BigQuery, Azure Synapse, Python, R, or SQL)
• Professional certification, e.g., ASQ Six Sigma
• Cloud platform certification, e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics - Specialty, Google Cloud Looker Business Analyst, or Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate
