We are looking for a seasoned and visionary Customer Technology Advisor- Cloud Migration to lead cloud transformation journeys for global enterprises across the Nordics and European markets. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of Microsoft Azure and at least one other major hyperscaler (AWS or GCP), and a proven track record in cloud discovery, solution design, migration strategy, FinOps, and Scaled Agile delivery.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience across a variety of industries - including Manufacturing, Telecom, Retail, Transport, Shipping, and Banking - and bring strong expertise in transition and transformation programs. You'll be a strategic advisor to clients, a leader of globally distributed teams, and a mentor to internal technical talent.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end cloud migration and transformation programs, from discovery and assessment through to execution and stabilization.
• Define and architect cloud migration strategies involving rehost, re-platform, refactor, or rebuild, aligning with business and technical objectives.
• Conduct in-depth environment discovery and application assessments using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
• Design and govern enterprise cloud solutions on Azure and at least one additional platform (AWS or GCP), ensuring they meet enterprise-grade requirements for security, scalability, compliance, and performance.
• Implement FinOps practices to optimize cloud cost visibility, accountability, and value realization.
• Drive transition and transformation of workloads from legacy environments to modern cloud platforms, supporting organizational change and service management readiness.
• Collaborate with onshore, nearshore, and offshore delivery teams, ensuring effective execution and knowledge transfer across time zones.
• Work within Scaled Agile (SAFe) frameworks to align architecture with agile release trains, epics, and value streams.
• Act as a mentor and technical leader, guiding architects, engineers, and consultants in best practices, design patterns, and delivery excellence.
• Engage directly with clients, providing thought leadership, executive briefings, architecture governance, and hands-on solutioning.

Who You Are

Required Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of IT experience, with at least 8+ years in cloud architecture and migration.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (mandatory), and strong expertise in at least one additional major cloud platform (AWS or GCP).
  • Demonstrated success leading cloud migration projects for enterprise clients in at least three of the following industries:
    - Manufacturing
    - Telecom
    - Retail
    - Transport & Shipping
    - Banking / Financial Services
  • Strong experience in solution design, technical transition, and end-to-end cloud transformation of enterprise IT estates.
  • Working knowledge of FinOps tools, frameworks, and cost optimization techniques.
  • Proven leadership in Scaled Agile (SAFe) environments and experience delivering within Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
  • Experience working in global delivery models with onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams.
  • Strong interpersonal, stakeholder engagement, and executive communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as:

    • Azure Solutions Architect Expert
    • AWS/GCP Certified Architect (Professional)
    • FinOps Certified Practitioner
    • SAFe Architect / TOGAF / ITIL
  • Experience with cloud migration tools like Azure Migrate, Movere, CloudEndure, StratoZone, or similar.
  • Exposure to cloud governance, security, and regulatory compliance (especially in finance and telecom sectors).
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM).
