Chief Architect is the Technical Authority, the de facto Technical Leader for accounts and large programs/services. Has deep technical insight

of Client's Business / Industry and technical environments and combines that with technical insight of Kyndryl's capabilities and strategy and

how to apply them for Client / Business Benefit. Provides oversight and ensures the viability of all technical activities and programs,

coordination across technical and organizational domains. Influences, shapes, or co-creates strategic architecture, roadmap, and initiatives.

Act as thought leaders and growth engine for the account. Perform architecture reviews to ensure solution quality.

Who You Are

Expertise in IT Architecture and Consulting: 10+ years of proven experience in designing Enterprise Architecture

Innovative Solutions Development: Ability to leverage methodologies, intellectual knowledge, technical studies, reference

documents, and examples to create innovative, differentiated, and creative proposals and recommendations.

Passion for Innovation: Strong interest in new technologies and innovation, including automation and AI Ops.

Customer-Centric Approach: Focus on understanding customer problems before proposing solutions.

Consultative Process Lifecycle: Comprehensive understanding of the consultative process lifecycle, from initial assessment to

defining, designing, and implementing solutions.

Holistic Vision: Ability to capture the impacts of transformation on people, processes, technology, governance, and culture,

proposing solutions that address individual and integrated needs, and recommending strategies for unaddressed dimensions

to develop future opportunities.

Portfolio Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our portfolio of offerings, particularly Business Innovation Services,

to align business needs with IT solutions.

Stakeholder Management: build and maintain meaningful relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners,

and vendors.

Technical Leadership: identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends to leverage innovation and derive competitive

advantage. Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure and robust IT services. Collaborate with Country

CTO to align client technology initiatives with country strategic priorities

Business Development: contribute to the client-related revenue growth by leveraging technology to create new business

opportunities

Operational Excellence: ensure best practice is followed and Methods adopted in support of the design, implementation and

operation of Kyndryl service

Fluent Italian: Mandatory.
