What do we offer?

• Enjoy a competitive salary that recognises your skills and contributions, ensuring your financial well-being and rewarding your hard work. We offer a gross yearly salary of a minimum of €105,000 to €136,000. The salary offer may even exceed this range depending on the skills and capabilities you can bring to the team. You are eligible for two semi-annual salary payments to be paid along with the June and December salaries (holiday allowance and 13th-month bonus).

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience in data consulting, with a proven track record of delivering transformative solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with all levels of the organization (in both English and Dutch).
• Skilled in tailoring insights to present clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Understands CrispDM methodology and/or Six Sigma's DMAIC.
• Familiarity with microservice architecture.
• Client-facing experience as a data engineer/consultant.
• In-depth understanding of analytics and data science.
• Up-to-date knowledge of current data tools and industry changes and analyse big data.

As this role is dedicated to supporting our distinguished customers in the Netherlands, proficiency in Dutch is a prerequisite for this opportunity.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Skilled in planning, organisation, analytics, and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
• Comfortable working with statistics.
