En tant qu'alternant, vous intégrerez une équipe de conseil spécialisée dans la transformation digitale, dont la responsabilité est d'accompagner ses clients dans leur transformation vers les New Ways of Working, la transformation et l'optimisation des systèmes d'information d'un point de vue technologique, processus, organisation et gouvernance.

Vous rejoindrez l'équipe " Enterprise transformation ", qui mène des missions autours des sujets de stratégie de digitalisation de l'entreprise, et participerez activement à son fonctionnement interne en portant des projets structurants avec et pour l'ensemble des consultants (amélioration des offres, veille technologique, partage de connaissances, ateliers, Lab, Design Thinking, gestion des assets, avant-ventes).
Activités confiées :
Votre mission consistera plus spécifiquement à participer à ces activités de gestion de projets de transformation en s'appuyant sur des méthodes et des outils standards :
- Participer à des phases d'idéation et co-création (Ateliers, Lab, Design Thinking)
- Participer à la phase de la structuration des projets
- Participer à l'élaboration des supports de gestion de projet
- Animation des Squad de transformation (Trello, Agile)
- Support à la réalisation de veille sur le marché sur des sujets enrichissants (entre autres : Cloud, Operation Model, Agile, DevSecOps, GreenOps, FinOps, Data, AI, Machine Learning)
- Organisation du partage de la connaissance
- Support à l'évolution, au design et à la construction des offres de conseil
- Participer à la construction d'assets pour les missions de conseil (Supports d'ateliers, matrices d'assessment, templates de rapports)
- Présenter les résultats
- Participer à des avant-ventes
Who You Are
Master en université d'informatique ou grade master en école d'ingénieur (BAC+4/5)
- Maîtrise des outils collaboratifs : suite office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Appétence pour l'IT
- Rigueur
- Esprit d'initiative, créativité & curiosité
- Très bon relationnel
- Bonnes capacités de communication écrite et orale
- Bonnes capacités d'analyse, de synthèse
