A visionary and people-driven Community Manager to lead the enablement and adoption of AI-powered productivity tools across the organization. This role plays a pivotal part in accelerating our digital transformation by equipping employees with the skills and mindset to thrive in an AI-augmented workplace. It is central to building a culture of innovation, empowering employees through training and community engagement, and driving measurable business value from AI-enhanced work. The tools span-but are not limited to-the Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio.
As you interact with many different people on a variety of problems, you'll grow your experience, skill, and grasp of what other job roles do.
You will become an expert with Microsoft 365, especially AI-powered productivity tools, and get trained on a variety of different platforms. And you can earn certifications including Google Cloud, Azure, Microsoft, etc. In fact, the learning opportunities are what most people like best about this role. It's fun, challenging, and fast-paced - you definitely won't be bored!
Key Responsibilities:
Community Building & Engagement
- Build and lead a vibrant network of AI champions and productivity power users across departments.
- Leverage internal social platforms (e.g., Viva Engage, Teams) to sustain engagement between events
- Organize engaging events such as hackathons, promptathons, and innovation showcases to foster experimentation and collaboration.
- Create excitement and a sense of purpose around AI tools through storytelling, gamification, and recognition programs.
Training & Enablement
- Develop and implement persona-based training strategies tailored to different roles, departments, and digital maturity levels.
- Collaborate with L&D or HR to align with broader learning strategies
- Expand self-service learning experiences, including interactive demos, video tutorials, and guided toolkits.
- Facilitate onboarding and continuous learning through workshops, office hours, and peer learning circles.
Adoption & Change Management
- Drive adoption of AI-enhanced productivity tools through targeted campaigns, success stories, and use case showcases.
- Collaborate with business units to identify and support high-impact use cases.
- Promote a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
Communication & Awareness
- Create compelling communication materials (newsletters, infographics, videos, intranet content) to inform and inspire employees.
- Tailor messaging for different audiences (e.g., executives vs. frontline workers)
- Partner with internal communications and leadership to amplify messaging and success stories.
- Maintain a central hub or community space for updates, resources, and collaboration.
Measurement & Business Impact
- Define and track KPIs such as: AI-assisted work hours; Tool adoption rates; Community engagement metrics; Business value outcomes from AI use cases
- Provide regular insights and reports to leadership on progress, opportunities, and strategic alignment.
The salary range for this opportunity starts at 5000 EUR gross per month. The final salary offer reflects the set of skills and experience that selected candidates bring to the team.

Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum: 3-5 years in community management, digital adoption, or change enablement
- Strong understanding of AI-powered productivity tools, especially within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Knowledge of Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Learning & Development, or a related field-or equivalent practical experience in community building, digital enablement, or AI adoption
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Customer support knowledge
- Ability to translate technical concepts into accessible, engaging content.
- Active listener with flexibility to modify approach and adapt to customer needs
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience specifically with AI tools in the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform)
- Experience organizing innovation events (e.g., hackathons, design sprints)
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and persona-based training design
- Customer support experience
- Experience modifying approaches and adapting to customer needs
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-900, MS-900, AI-102) are a strong advantage
