Key Responsabilities

Information Organization and Management

• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of real estate and data center assets.

• Ensure data integrity and accessibility across systems and stakeholders.

Business Analysis Support

• Collaborate with RDC team to validate and review portfolio data.

• Ensure accuracy and consistency of information to support strategic decision-making.

Portfolio Oversight and Compliance

• Monitor and summarize portfolio performance and status.

• Conduct regular reviews to ensure 100% compliance with internal control policies.

Cross-Functional Communication

• Serve as a liaison between project teams and portfolio management.

• Communicate progress updates, identify potential roadblocks, and propose mitigation strategies.

Business Case Development

• Assist the portfolio manager in the creation and refinement of business cases.

• Provide data-driven insights and documentation to support investment decisions.

Financial Operations Support

• Supporting the business operations focal point, particularly in financial control.

• Managing costs, invoices, and financial data related to RDC lines.

• Interfacing with financial audits and supporting audit processes.

• Developing business cases, including financial analysis for new site operations.

• Analyzing current operational costs versus potential new site costs.

• Reviewing and analyzing financial data and projections.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Real Estate, or Engineering.
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience
  • Proficiency in Excel and the ability to learn internal systems
  • Intermediate level of English

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Teams, Lists, and Copilot.
  • Proficient in managing and analyzing data using databases and collaborative tools.
  • Familiarity with Lease Administration tools (e.g., CoStar, MRI, TRIRIGA) is highly desirable.
